What type of Figma license do I need for the Practical User Research & Strategy Course?

If you are a student, you can apply for the Figma Education licence.

If you are not a student, you will need a Figma Professional membership to complete this course.

Why do I need a Professional Figma account? This is due to Figma’s pricing packages. On a Free Figma plan, you are limited to only 3 design files. This course includes 12 files. Without the pro plan, you won’t be able to upload all the files or complete the course.

How long until I get approved?

From the moment you apply for our affiliate program, you will receive a response within 24 hours or less on a weekday.

When do I get paid as an affiliate?

For courses, you will be paid out in USD on the first of every month (or the next business day if the 1st is on a weekend or US holiday) according to our Monthly Payment Gateway schedule. Due to Teachable's 30-day refund policy, Teachable must hold funds for at least 30 days before releasing them to your affiliates. You can learn more here.

How much do I make per sale?

You will make 20% on every course or digital product sale.

Will I receive free updates in future?

Yes, you will receive lifetime updates for the products or courses you purchase. This means that you will have access to all future updates and upgrades to the product at no additional cost. Do I receive a tax invoice?

If you are purchasing a course, the receipt you receive from Teachable, can be used for tax purposes as stated on their official website. Please make sure to include your business details via registration.

If you are purchasing a digital product (Eg. design system), you will receive a tax invoice from Gumroad in your account after purchase.

What is the refund policy?

We are sorry to say, but according to our terms we don not accept refund requests unless it is stated clearly on a sales page.
